RateHawk SMS Terms and Conditions
RateHawk provides SMS-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) services to protect partners' accounts. By enrolling in SMS 2FA, you will receive automated text messages containing verification codes to authenticate login attempts and other account actions.
Message frequency will vary based on your personal account activity and usage of 2FA features. Typically, you will receive SMS messages only when attempting to log in or perform a secure action.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. RateHawk does not charge a fee for SMS 2FA messages.
By entering your phone number and verifying it during personal account setup or login, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from RateHawk for security purposes. This opt-in is not a condition of purchasing any services.
To stop receiving SMS 2FA messages, you must disable 2FA in your account settings or contact RateHawk support. Note that opting out may affect your ability to access your account securely.
The SMS 2FA service is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, however, delivery is not guaranteed and may be impacted by network issues or carrier limitations.
