Group bookings

Group booking is a booking of over six rooms.

This type of booking usually entails special accommodation needs, for example, all the rooms have to be on the same floor, the hotel must have a conference room, or tables in the restaurant have to be booked in advance.

It takes time to coordinate all of the clients’ requests and select a hotel willing to meet them. RateHawk’s group bookings department staff will help you to resolve these issues.

Apart from booking rooms, we take on the responsibility to organize events at the hotel (training, seminars, conferences), to order additional services, equipment, catering, preparation for a banquet, coffee breaks, and transfers.
